Description:	What'd I Say? shows you various information about itself.
To use, simply rename the program you are interested in,
and put this in it's place (and name). Then when the
program is called, What'd I Say? will run instead and can
tell you all you need to know.
--------------------
Platform:	Microsoft Windows 95, 98, NT, ME, 2000, XP, 2003.
--------------------
Licence:	Freeware - Give it to whom-ever you like (as long as the
		package remains intact).
--------------------
How To Use:	When run, this application will display 3 things that can
		be helpful:

		1. The full path to the Executable,
		2. The current working directory (cwd) for the application,
		3. The parameters that were passed to it.

Say you are having trouble running WinCVS and it uses a little
command line application called "CVS.EXE". All you would do is
rename CVS.EXE to something else and copy this program there,
renamed CVS.EXE. Then run WinCVS again. WhatdISay will show
you quite clearly what options were given to it etc. You can
then work out what's going wrong.

This tool is useful for developers and Hardware Techs etc.
